About me

Over a decade ago I discovered the transformative power of yoga – not for the much-admired gymnastic inspired poses – but as the gurus intended; by moving the body in breath-synchronised movement to gain insight and respite from the constantly chattering monkey mind.

In 2015, I completed my 200-hr Yoga teacher training with Dylan Ayaloo and in 2018 went on to complete a further 40 hours in Yin Yoga with Sarah Lo. I then delved into a 30 hour Mandala & The Elements training with Dulce Aguilar and Jamie Clarke and this is the training which has most inspired my current teaching style.

In 2023, I began a new healing journey through coaching and witnessed the power firsthand for dealing with anxiety, insomnia, self doubt and self worth. Now, I’d like to take you on your own journey through life’s ebbs and flows…
