Travel just two hours north of bustling Barcelona and feel like you’re in another world as we open the doors to the stunning, newly reformed 17th Century Farmhouse Mas Dels Arbres for a weekend of quiet luxury.
Situated in the heart of the Cap de Creus National Park, you’ll be surrounded by nothing but nature, the perfect backdrop to relax, reset and reconnect as we dive into a long weekend of wellness.
The Masia
Mas dels Arbres has an inviting and peaceful atmosphere letting guests relax and disconnect in a private and exclusive estate.
With 5 bedrooms, a sitting room, dining room, library and kitchen, the house has been furnished with antiques dating from the 1750s to the 1950s, decorated with a distinctive collection of 20th Century art.
The farm has over 100 hectares of trees, streams, meadows and parkland to enjoy and explore, as well as being just 15 minutes by car from the coastal towns of Cadaqués, Roses and El Port de la Selva.
The Yoga
Led by Lauren, a highly-qualified and experienced yoga teacher and coach, we’ll take you on a journey of self-discovery as you turn your attention inwards and explore the depths of our psyche.
Each morning, we’ll move through a flowing & dynamic yoga practice on the terrace and each evening we’ll cosy up in the casa for a restorative and relaxing Yin Yoga practice. This is an exclusive retreat, with only 5 spaces available and so you can be guaranteed personal attention and direction during the practices as well as the opportunity to explore your limits on and off the mat.
We’ll also be meeting under the blank canvas of the New Moon in Gemini, and so you’ll also have the opportunity to gain some personalised astrological insights in order to set some heartfelt & aligned intentions for the 6 months ahead.
The Rooms
The bedrooms have been designed to be calm and relaxing, with furniture, paintings and rugs from around the world. All have modern touches, such as luxury mattresses, organic cotton sheets, ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
Starlink WiFi keeps you connected and there is access to a lounge, dining room with a fireplace, and library. As well as the walled garden and pool.
Every window in the house frames a particular view of the landscape, from San Pere de Rodes and up the French coast, to Puig Alt, to the trees that give the house its name.
The Food
Donald, owner of the Masia, and our in-house chef will delight our tastebuds at every opportunity with healthy and nutritious meals, all included in your stay.
For breakfast, we’ll serve a healthy continental feast including fresh juice, coffee, home-made bircher muesli, local cheeses and bread.
Lunch will be a smorgasbord of salads and for dinner we’ll delight in a two-course culinary experience complete with a sweet treat to top off the evening.
We use, as far as possible, local and seasonal products, supporting local producers and businesses. There is an honesty bar with a range of organic wine, local beers and spirits. Complimentary teas and coffee are available all day.
